Alfredo Ochoa Castillo, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at the Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colorado. He was born on January 12, 1951, in Huejuquilla El Alto, Mexico, the son of Jesus Cavral and Juana Ocho Rojo Castillo. He was a resident of Leoti, Kansas since 1984, moving from Tribune, Kansas. He worked as a Rendering Production Manager most of his life retiring from Monforts in Tribune, Kansas.
He enjoyed farm life, exploring thrift stores, Kentucky Fried Chicken, desserts, and spending quality time with his family.
Survivors include Three Sons - Alfredo Felix Castillo of Tallahassee, Florida, Omar Rafik Castillo of Little Rock, Arkansas, Edgar Castillo of Dodge City, Kansas, One Daughter - Juanita Castillo of Leoti, Kansas, Six Brothers - Aurelio Ochoa Castillo of Wichita Falls, Texas, Isabel Jose Ochoa Castillo of Tijuana, Mexico, Jose Ochoa Castillo of Tijuana, Mexico, Raul Ochoa Castillo of Leoti, Kansas, Jesus Ochoa Castillo of Jalisco, Mexico, Cruz Ochoa Castillo of Tijuana, Mexico, Four Sisters - Sofia Ochoa Castillo of Torren, Mexico, Arcelia Ochoa Castillo of Torren, Mexico, Teresa Ochoa Castillo of Portland, Oregon, Gracelia Ochoa Castillo of Doris, California, and Twenty Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, and One Son - Abel Ochoa Castillo.
Public Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m Friday, January 16, 2026, at Price & Sons Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington Street, Scott City, Kansas, 67871.
Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the First Baptist Church in the original Church Santuary in Scott City, Kansas with Humberto Navarrete presiding.
Memorials in Lieu of Flowers may be made to the Alfredo Ocha Castillo Fund in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home, PO Box 553, Scott City, Kansas, 67871.
Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the Wichita County Cemetery, in Leoti, Kansas.

El velorio público se llevará a cabo de 10:00 a.m. a 8:00 p.m. el viernes 16 de enero de 2026 en la Funeraria Price & Sons, ubicada en 401 S. Washington Street, Scott City, Kansas, 67871.
El funeral se celebrará a las 10:30 a.m. del sábado 17 de enero de 2026 en la Primera Iglesia Bautista, en el santuario original, en Scott City, Kansas, con el pastor Humberto Navarrete oficiando.
