Ana Maria Santana Solano

Ana Maria Santana Solano, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at her home in Leoti, Kansas. She was born on November 11, 1955, in Playa Vicente, Veracruz, the daughter of Donaciano Santana Aburto and Maria Teresa Solano Espinoza. She has been a resident of Leoti for the past year, moving from Ignacio Zaragoza, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was a hairstylist for over 40 years.

In 1983, she married Jose de Jesus Magadan Marquez in Aguascalientes. He passed away on January 14, 2012.

Survivors include her daughters, Norma Idaly Magadan Santana of Leoti, Kansas, and Mayra Magadan Santana of Garden City, Kansas, and grandchildren, Fernando Magadan of Leoti, Kansas, Lynette X Loya-Magadan of Leoti, Kansas, Jose Eduardo Magadan of Leoti, Kansas, Mayra Magadan of Leoti, Kansas, Paola Hermosillo Magadan of Leoti, Kansas, Melissa Fierro of Garden City, Kansas, Ervin Fierro of Garden City, Kansas, and Marisol Fierro of Garden City, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and husband.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Leoti, Kansas, with Fr. Bernard Felix presiding.

Internment will be in the Leoti Cemetery in Leoti, Kansas.
