Charles Leroy Miller, age 90, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at his home in Scott City, Kansas. He was born on December 4, 1935, in Ava, Missouri, the son of Henry Thomas and Bina Madgelene Miller Plumb. He had been a resident of Scott City, Kansas for the last fourty years.

He worked in agriculture the majority of his life, and enjoyed fishing in his free time.

Survivors include his Significant Other - Mary McNutt of Scott City, Kansas, and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Infant Son - Calvin Miller, Three Brothers - Raymond Miller, Curtis Miller, Lloyd Miller, and Two Sisters - Creeda Brown, and Donna Gogue.

A Memorial Services will be at a later date.
