David R. Huck

David R. Huck, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on September 30, 1960, in Scott City, Kansas, the son of Delmar Dean and Wanda Lou Oller. David was a longtime resident of Scott City, Kansas. After graduating from Fort Hays State University, he worked on the family farm with his father, Delmar and two brothers, Rick & Randy. He also lived in Phoenix, Arizona, as a construction worker, then in Denver, Colorado, as an electrician. After moving back to Scott City, he worked for Plain Jan’s as a chemical service technician.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas. He was an avid Bronco’s Fan.

Survivors include his Brother - Randy & Karma Huck of Scott City, Kansas, One Sister In Law - Jan Huck of Scott City, Kansas, and numerous nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, One Brother - Richard Huck, and One Sister - Gwen Modlin.

A Private Celebration of Life will be held at a late date.
