Donna Nadine Ridder

Donna Nadine Ridder, age 90, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the Wichita County Long Term Care in Leoti, Kansas. She was born on July 17, 1934, at the family home 12 miles north of Marienthal to Francis “Fred” and Ethel Forbes Miller. She was a lifelong resident of the community. She was a homemaker, a lab tech, and worked at the Colonial Bokay, Wichita County Pharmacy, and J & K Decor. She was a member of the St. Anthony of Padua church in Leoti, Kansas. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella and a member of the Altar Society at St. Mary’s church in Marienthal, Kansas.

Donna married Jerome Ridder on June 8, 1953, in Marienthal, Kansas. He passed away on July 13, 1996.

Survivors include three sons, Jeff & Terri Ridder of Leoti, Kansas, Roger & Cindy Ridder of Goodland, Kansas, Tom & Lisa Ridder of Leoti, Kansas, fifteen grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Donna is preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother, Francis, one sister, Arlene, and one daughter, Annette Rodecap.

Funeral services will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Leoti, Kansas, on June 19, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., with Father Bernard Felix presiding. Interment will follow at the St. Mary Cemetery in Marienthal, Kansas

Vigil services will be held at St. Anthony of Padua church on June 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. with Father Bernard Felix presiding.

Public visitation will be on Tuesday, June 17, from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 18, from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Price & Sons Funeral Home, 202 North 4th Street, Leoti, KS 67861.
