Elaine Arlene Miller “Nana,” age 91, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025, at Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas. She was born on April 25, 1934, in Buffalo, New York, the daughter of Glenn and Ilene Slater Sager. She had been a resident of Scott City, Kansas, since 2018, moving from Oberlin, Kansas.

Elaine enjoyed playing games, word searches, and cherished spending time playing Uno with her grandchildren. She valued her family deeply and took pride in her roles as a wife and grandmother.

Elaine married Robert Wayne Miller on July 18, 1953, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He passed away on December 13, 2018, in Scott City, Kansas.

Survivors include two sons—Robert Jr. (Bo) and Carla of Northridge, California, and Tom and Mary of Naples, Florida; two daughters—Debra Tuttle and Jon of Scott City, and Tara O'Dell and Mike of McCook, Nebraska; one brother—Ray Sager of Venice, Florida; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother Neil Sager.
