Nellie Rector

Garden City, Kansas Nellie G. Rector, age 95, died Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. She was born January 31, 1911 in Rogers Mills, Oklahoma the daughter of William N. and Armenta Packard Crowe. A resident of Garden City since 1933 moving from Anthony, Kansas, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Garden City. On October 31, 1933 she married Charles B. "CB" Rector in Lamar, Colorado. He survives. Other survivors include: One Niece , Marcelle Clark of Leoti, Kansas Two Grandchildren Three Great-Grandchildren Four Great-Great-Grandchildren Preceded in death by a daughter, Fern Hill and a Great-Grandson, Stacy Schwartz Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, November 4, 2006 at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City with the Reverend David Bell presiding. Interment will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City. Friends may call from 10:00am-8:00pm on Friday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City.
