Patti A. LeBlanc, age 66, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at her home in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on January 2, 1960, in Syracuse, Kansas, the daughter of Nathan Charles and Laura Sherwood Sites. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, Patti was a bus driver for many years, worked for Coca-Cola, and was a store manager for Presto Convenience Store.


On March 19, 2005, she married Michael D. LeBlanc in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He survives.


Patti was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers. Go Packers! She was also an avid collector of hummingbirds and owls.


Survivors include her husband - Michael LeBlanc of Scott City, Kansas, Two Sons - Preston Wright of Scott City, Kansas, Adam Wright of Denver, Colorado, One Daughter - Samantha Wright of Scott City, Kansas, Two Step Sons - David LeBlanc of Scott City, Kansas, Kevin LeBlanc of Carthage, Missouri, Three Sisters - Julia Cheney of Scott City, Kansas, Cheryl Haug of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Myrna Davidson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Eleven Grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her Parents, One Brother - Nathan Sites, and One Grandson - Alex Wright.


Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2026, at the First Baptist Church in Scott City, Kansas, with Pastor Don Williams presiding.
