Pearl Marie Webber, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the Wichita County Health Center in Leoti, Kansas. She was born on November 25, 1946, to Betty LeMaster & Leo James Ellis Woods. She recently moved to the community from Virginia.

Pearl was a huge Elvis fan! She had many memorabilia and was dedicated to celebrating the legacy of Elvis!

On May 18, 1964, Pearl married Edward Webber in Pamplin, Va. He passed away on December 31, 2018, in Lynchburg, Virginia

Survivors include her daughters, Connie Webber of Leoti, Kansas, Chrissy & Dave Seymore of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, one son, Frankie Webber of Pamplin, Virginia, five grandchildren, David Webber of Leoti, Kansas, Brittany Webber, Nikki Ward, Hannah Foster, Lauryn Foster, and two sisters, Kathy Campbell of Denver, Colorado, and Arlene Woods of Roanoke, Virginia.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Ricky Woods, and Paul Woods.

There will be no visitation.
