Roland E. Jenkins

Roland Evert Jenkins, age 91, passed away at the Scott County Hospital on Sunday, June 15, 2025. He was born on July 5, 1933, in Mancell, Missouri, the son of Evert Wesley & Olive Hagler Jenkins. Roland was a resident of Scott City, Kansas, for thirty-nine years, having moved from Garden City, Kansas, in 1988. He was a loan officer for 37 years of his life.

He enjoyed woodworking and refinishing furniture in his free time.

On May 28, 1988, he married Diana Noll in Scott City, Kansas. She Survives

Roland is survived by his wife - Diana Jenkins of Scott City, Kansas, One Daughter - Teri and C. Ron Turner in Scott City, Kansas, One Son - Scott and Teresa Noll of Scott City, Kansas, One Brother - Rex Jenkins of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Two Sisters - Elaine Jenkins of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Innabelle Peters of Liberal, Kansas, Eight Grandkids, and Five Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter - Denise Jenkins, and Sister - Carol Wilhite.

Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas, with Rev. Jeff Goetzinger

Inurnment will be at the Scott County Cemetery.

There will be no calling times.
